About The Job

This position is a member of the Wellness Team within the People Benefits and Compensation Department. We are looking for an experienced data analyst who is quality minded, ready to bring creative solutions, and is passionate about turning data into information that is easily understood and utilized. This responsibility includes creating reports and analysis based on business needs and on available data elements.

 

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative statistical analyses and evaluation of results and prepare reports
  • Develop, manage, and keep up-to-date databases, spreadsheets, and data collection templates
  • Use tools such as Tableau to create compelling data visualizations with workforce-related data
  • Develop, administer, and analyze surveys or other assessment tools
  • Prepare and present brief program evaluation reports
  • Respond to just-in-time requests for data or information from multiple workgroups; including working collaboratively with vendor partners and other stakeholders to ensure quick response time
  • Design, plan, conduct, and manage special analytic projects as needed
  • Promote wellness programs through active, ongoing communications, and demonstrated commitment to personal well-being

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in an analyst role, with an emphasis on data analysis and information reporting
  • Proficient with statistical packages, Excel, Access plus ability to learn job specific software systems including Tableau, Workforce Analytics and Watson Health Advantage Suite
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to define problems; collect, manage, and interpret data accurately; detect trends; draw conclusions; and formulate recommendations
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Organized, effective communicator and able to meet strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in project management preferred with project management certification a differentiator
  • Ability to travel up to 15% FTE

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ​ Bachelor’s degree in analytical field preferred
