About The Job

This job is a member of the Global Sales team. This position will be responsible for supporting the Global Sales Incentive Compensation program by evaluating and implementing program improvements.


Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Identifies and recommends improvements to existing processes and procedures for establishing sales incentive compensation targets and reporting results
  • Develops and delivers analysis and insights with actionable recommendations that drive strategic and tactical decisions
  • Reports and analyzes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other key metrics used as part of the incentive compensation program
  • Develops and continually refines reports providing both detail and summary level performance related to the program
  • Validates data and ensures reliability of the data source in the process
  • Creates all levels of custom reporting, from high level to detailed reporting, for use by Incentive Compensation program participants as well as the Global Sales leadership team
  • Interfaces with field salesforce as a subject matter expert on the Incentive Compensation program and its administration
  • Participates in business intelligence activities to ensure necessary data is captured
  • Works with the business and IT teams to develop new business requirements to enhance, optimize and upgrade the reporting system with new and improved user interface tools, etc.
  • Must be willing to travel on company business when necessary


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and business intelligence tools
  • Strong analytical capability, including application of quantitative reasoning to resolve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of management
  • Resourceful, creative thinker; proactive in suggesting improvements and ideas    
  • Strong commitment to delivering high quality results


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Experience using data retrieval and visualization methods and tools
  • Knowledge of databases and general data warehouse best practice
  • Previous airline experience
