The Revenue Management, Revenue Engineering/Operations Research group drives improvements in revenue management systems by analyzing passenger demand and revenue data and implementing creative solutions that directly improve bottom-line profitability.
 

What you'll do

Quantitative techniques utilized may include simulation, forecasting, mathematical programming and other optimization techniques, stochastic modeling, data mining, decision analysis, artificial intelligence and machine learning. A significant component of many assignments will be the implementation of prototype solutions using programming languages such as R/Python and statistical tools like SAS.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

 

  • Candidate should be in the process of obtaining a degree (BS, MS or PhD) in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics or a STEM related field. 
  • Successful candidates will have a demonstrated aptitude for logical analysis, problem identification, and problem solving as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • The ability to use computer-based tools and programming languages to implement solutions is required. 
  • Willingness to show initiative and take ownership of job responsibilities.
