  • ​This job is a member of the Flight Service Team within the Customer Experience Division.
  • ​Responsible for the analysis and reporting of changes in food and beverage products, alcoholic beverages, and catering equipment (reusable, galley carts and modules, disposable and consumable equipment).
What you'll do
  • ​Works with key departments to define all product requirements
  • Performs cross functional and departmental projects as assigned
  • Manages the the logistics and distribution for equipment and product to support Food and Beverage
  • Provides start up and annual volumes for equipment related activities, including financial impact analysis
  • Provides financial impact and scenario analysis on Food and Beverage policy changes and product refresh or major redesigns
  • Performs financial justification analysis for future inventory needs
  • Collaborates with AA’s Purchasing department to establish product and service bid requirements and schedules to ensure successful onboard product launches
  • Works collaboratively with finance to understand the budget ramifications of service level and equipment related changes
  • Makes recommendations to senior management on ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs associated to our Food and Beverage programs
  • Ability to travel as required

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Knowledge of market / industry trends related to Food and Beverage


Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Masters of Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operation

  • Ability to become proficient with frequently used reporting tools and systems (e.g. AirVision Inflight, and other AirVision interphases and querying its databases)                        
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and MS Query
