About The Job

This job is a member of the Information Technology Team, within the Information Technology Division. The role is expected to build/setup and maintain Multifactor Authentication service, perform application integrations, and provide ongoing support to enterprise customers.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Collaborates with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements
  • Design, engineer, and support all aspects of the Duo Multi-Factor authentication solution
  • Integrate applications into the Duo ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain programmatic methods, such as Microsoft PowerShell, to administer Duo.
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Presents designs to necessary stakeholders as required

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years of technology experience, with a focus on information security technology development, support and administration
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and independently
  • Solid understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication technologies
  • Capable of working with large datasets and generating reports

Qualifications (Continued 1)

  • Working knowledge in authentication protocols, including RADIUS and LDAP
  • Working knowledge of web API’s
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JQuery
  • Working knowledge of basic networking concepts, including firewalls, routing, and switching.
  • Working knowledge of general security concepts (Authentication, Authorization, Encryption, and Digital signatures), PKI concepts and TLS
  • Working knowledge of Windows system administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 5+ years of technology experience, with a focus on information security technology development, support and administration
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory technologies
  • Working knowledge of Duo and RSA Multi-Factor Authentication technologies
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell
  • Experience with authentication protocols and technologies including NTLM, Kerberos, OATH, and SiteMinder
  • Experience with GitHub
  • Hands on experience in configuration, development, maintenance and administrative activity
  • Hands on experience with multiple Operating systems and basic knowledge of installing Windows services
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience, including non-technical groups
  • Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills, collaboration and negotiation skills
