About The Job

This job is a member of the Technical Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division. This position is responsible for solution development for planned project work as well as operational support and maintenance.


Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Participates in operational and end-user support and subsequent processes and resources
  • Executes new development work as well as break/fix and enhancements to existing solutions
  • Participates in customer-facing sessions to understand and apply customer feedback to solution development
  • Designated project work
  • Maintains business relationship management - cross-functional and partnership with IT
  • Develops strategy and road maps development and maintenance


Required Qualifications

  • ​Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) or equivalent experience
  • 3 years relevant development experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing robust technology solutions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of airline business processes in Engineering, Records, Maintenance Programs, Configuration Management, Technical Publications, Quality Control and Assurance, Line Maintenance and Maintenance Training
  • Relevant technical certification (Microsoft, .NET, SharePoint, K2, other) subset of HTML, Python, java script, CSS, SQL, web services REST, lotus script.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, TFS tools and methodologies
  • Technology platforms expertise (i.e. SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 on premise/cloud/hybrid, Lotus Notes, K2, web applications)
