About The Job

This job is a member of the Technical Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for supporting the department with various administrative and computer functions.


Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Payroll coding in Work Brain and AutoTA timekeeping systems
  • Shift Bid management, Staff Admin scheduling tool
  • Scans and Reviews all aircraft work-packs for accuracy and signatures
  • Employee Overtime
  • Employee Security badging, scheduling training
  • General Administrative Support to the regional Tech Ops Team
  • Shifts, holidays and weekend work schedules are utilized for this position and you must be able to work any assigned shift
  • Assist Supervisors with travel arrangements


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Moderate experience specific to department or area of expertise
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience specific to department or area of expertise
  • Familiarity with RES/DECS
  • Knowledge of MAPS, SAFE, AirVault, Work Card Management System
  • Independent decision making skills
  • Ability to directly contact customers
  • Knowledge of Staff Admn, COGNOS, SharePoint, Workbrain, Autota
