About The Job

This job is a member of the Support Staff Team within the Integrated Operations Division. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department.

This position is located at our Technical Operations Center (TOC), in the Dallas Fort Worth, TX area.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • ​Creates, tracks and maintains various files, ie. toolingcatalog records
  • Fiiles certificates such as tooling/equipment proofload, and other records
  • Maintains WorkBrain entries for all employees
  • Acts as a backup when needed Must be able to type 35 WPM


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency 
  • ​Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Must have a professional working manner
  • Must be a self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be very organized


Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge and experience in SABRE (RES and DECS)
