About The Job

This job is a member of the SuccessFactors Reporting Team within the People/HR Division.​ This position will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership as part of a team responsible for providing raw and processed data from the SAP Success Factors system.


Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • ​Builds reports on the SuccessFactors HRIS platform
  • Runs and delivers reports to HR teams and other data consumers across the company
  • Provides leadership, structure and processes to help team succeed
  • Troubleshoots data and reporting issues
  • Conceives and develops analytical models
  • Defines and tracks performance metrics
  • Completes other related projects, as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years’ experience in a SuccessFactors reporting
  • Experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience
  • ​Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Ability to be self-motivated (Drives to results)
  • Ability to deliver high quality work on time
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to guide a team by creating and fostering collaboration
  • Ability to persuasively present thoughts both formally and informally
  • Skills in presenting
