The Coordinator, Inflight Service and Standards is part of the Inflight division and supports day-to-day Inflight operations by gathering and documenting data on flight attendant performance across safety and service standards. It conducts structured in flight observations, tracks trends, and delivers clear, actionable reporting to support training updates and operational consistency. The position works within Inflight Training to ensure insights are effectively translated into practical improvements on the line.

What you'll do

•    Gather and analyze data related to flight attendant performance across safety compliance and service delivery metrics while on board the aircraft
•    Conduct one-on-one and group discussions with Flight Attendants to provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback while reinforcing company standards and expectations
•    Conduct structured observations and document findings to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities on the line
•    Partner with Inflight Training to translate observations into actionable insights that support training enhancements
•    Prepare reports and summaries for key stakeholders, highlighting performance trends and areas for improvement
•    Support initiatives aimed at improving operational consistency and adherence to safety and service standards
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with Inflight leadership, Training, and other operational teams
•    Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across reporting tools and systems
•    Assist in developing templates, and processes to improve data collection and reporting efficiency
•    Must be willing and able to travel extensively by air, spending up to 90% of work time onboard aircraft

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    High School diploma or GED equivalent
•    2+ years of relevant experience in operations, reporting, or a related field
•    Must have a valid passport

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field
•    Experience within airline operations, preferably Inflight or Training
•    Familiarity with observational auditing, quality assurance, or performance evaluation processes
•    Experience working with Training Management Systems
•    Flight Attendant experience preferred

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

•    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•    Attention to detail and organizational skills
•    Effective stakeholder communication 
•    Experience working with data collection, reporting, or performance tracking
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
