  • ​​This job is a member of the Customer Experience Innovation and DeliveryTeam within the Customer Experience Division.
  • Responsible for ​leading a team focused on ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Will specialize on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Primarily responsible for leading the team that creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize team member adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Works to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Leads enterprise‑wide change strategy, applying structured methodologies to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Partners with senior leaders to define vision, sponsorship expectations, and success metrics for major initiatives.
  • Integrates change management into program and project lifecycles, collaborating closely with corporate development, solutions teams, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Conducts impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, and readiness evaluations to inform targeted interventions.
  • Designs and executes comprehensive change plans, including communications, training, coaching, and resistance‑management strategies.
  • Builds organizational change capability by strengthening frameworks, tools, and leadership competencies.
  • Provides coaching and support to leaders, managers, and Change Champions to accelerate adoption and sustainment.
  • Oversees development and delivery of clear, timely communications that articulate the case for change and expected impacts.
  • Coordinates with communications, training, and organizational design teams to deliver cohesive, end‑to‑end change experiences.
  • Monitors adoption, readiness, and behavioral outcomes using defined success metrics; tracks risks and issues and implements mitigation strategies.
  • Maintains deep knowledge of business processes to anticipate change needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manages the enterprise change portfolio, ensuring prioritization, alignment, and visibility across initiatives.

All you'll need for success

  • Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
    • 7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management

     

    Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience 

    • Master’s degree in a relevant field such as organizational development, business, or human capital.
    • Extensive experience leading large‑scale organizational change and enterprise‑level training or capability‑building programs.
    • Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and partner directly with senior executives to influence strategic decisions.
    • Demonstrated success managing vendors, budgets, and cross‑functional resources to support major initiatives

     

    Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

    • Strong understanding of how people experience change and how to apply established change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences.
    • Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and persevere through challenges.
    • Forward‑looking, holistic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills, root‑cause analysis capability, and solid business acumen.
    • Highly organized with strong planning skills and the ability to translate strategy into actionable steps.
    • Collaborative team player who works effectively with and through others.
    • Change management certification or designation.
