Why you'll love this job

This job is a member of the Campus and Airport Affairs Team within the Corporate Affairs Division. They will be responsible for preventative maintenance practices to reduce the possible operational impacts that occur at our Skyview Campus. This position also ensures compliance from our Contractor Support Firm by ensuring PM's are getting completed accurately and on-time.

What you'll do
  • Ensures daily campus activities and operations are able to be completed without incident or interruption to out vast care of business units we support at Skyview
  • Ensures sound decisions are being carried out daily to reduce AA's business risk
  • Ensures critical equipment is being maintained with OEM specs
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 4-5 years' of trade school coursework
  • Experience with basic building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing functions


Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • MEP certifications
  • Prior work experience in any of the MEP fields


Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Current electrical, plumbing, or mechanical license preferred
  • Completed apprenticeship within any of the MEP field would be an additional bonus
