The Manager, AAdvantage Business Delivery is part of the Commercial Division. This role will ensure seamless integration, performance, and evolution of the platform by coordinating efforts between IT, external technology providers, and internal digital teams.

What you'll do

•    Lead end-to-end ownership of the AAdvantage Business technology platform, ensuring it delivers on performance, scalability, and strategic business objectives
•    Drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, external vendors, and digital teams to deliver a seamless, high-impact user experience aligned with evolving business needs
•    Oversee platform enhancements, system integrations, and product roadmap execution to ensure continuous innovation and operational excellence
•    Serve as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technology solutions with clear timelines and outcomes
•    Proactively manage technical issue resolution, maintaining high platform availability, reliability, and user satisfaction
•    Leverage data and performance analytics to evaluate platform effectiveness, inform decision-making, and drive ongoing optimization and innovation

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    5+ years of experience in IT project management, software development, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
•    Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
•    Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

•    Strong technical expertise in software development, data analytics, and IT infrastructure.
•    Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
•    Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
•    Cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
•    Data analytics and business intelligence tools.
•    ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.
•    PMP or equivalent project management certification.
