What you'll do

  • Participates in the development and revision of training programs, materials and presentations
  • Utilize metrics to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training courses
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain training materials in accordance to regulatory compliance Gathers and organizes inputs for training
  • Collaborates with internal partners across all appropriate departments, to develop implementation plans, dependencies, and timelines
  • Coordinates "business-side" aspects of crew technology development, processes planning and implementation, and resolutions of development problems, training, and communication
     

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience 
•    High School diploma or GED equivalency
•    1 year Aviation experience

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience  
•    2 years Aviation experience
•    1 year SABRE/FOS experience 
•    Curriculum development experience
•    Project Experience

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
•    Ability to construct effective written communications using proper grammar and spelling
•    Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions based on information gathered/reviewed
•    Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
•    Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines and work with minimal supervision
•    Ability to collaborate with trainers, managers, SMEs, and other support staff to identify training content and produce effective training courses
•    Knowledge of crew member contract language and operational processes
