- This job is a member of the Technical Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
- Responsible for supporting the corporate Technical Training department strategy and deployment efforts. In addition, this job is responsible for reviewing and evaluating data for specific organizational requirements.
What you'll do
- Mines, models, analyze and evaluate training data to meet the needs of internal and external customers
- Works collaboratively with Tech Ops Training, IT, and Corporate Learning & Development teams to implement learning management system (LMS) development plans
- Develops business intelligence (BI) solutions that provide the right data to the right people at the right time
- Uses Combination of HR-driven data points and business logic to build audiences for course assignment and reporting
- Utilizes knowledge of the LMS to configure certification paths, course fulfillments, notifications and training assignments within the system
- Works with Corporate Learning & Development issues and validate corrective actions
- Supports the deployment of learning programs including the creation of curricula, training assignments, student notification text and rules
- Utilizes knowledge of system capabilities to recommend strategies for the management of qualifications, deployment of training and compliance reporting
- Periodic travel may be required
- Some non-traditional hours/scheduling may be required
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years’ experience in application or system configuration and/or technical support
- 1 year experience with query and report development and analysis
- Demonstrated experience in planning and project execution
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- College degree in related field
- Experience with SumTotal LMS
- Experience with LMS environments
- Aviation experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Demonstrated organizational, documentation and problem solving skills
