What you'll do

- Effectively track the movement of goods through the supply chain pipeline
- Complete recurring and ad-hoc statistical analyses regarding supplier performance that effectively outlines the program requirements
- Create tracking logs for improved real-time and historical trend analysis and reporting of program parts management and status
- Support various procurement teams by creating forms, reports, and databases that streamline existing data and procedures
- Analyze Material Requisitions (MR) information and alert Team members to parts and delivery issues that could create a program risk. Identify root cause; develop solutions to assist in resolution with suppliers
- Daily contact with suppliers via email and/or phone to secure shipment information for delivery confirmations
- Manage a standardized review process with our supplier partners that address critical issues
- Enforce the critical metrics of the partnerships that hold both company and our vendor accountable to accomplish programs successfully
- Develop supplier relationships focused on long-term success and improvements to the Procurement Programs

- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in related field
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of internal and external audiences Analysis, problem solving, forecasting and quality improvement skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while dealing with disruptions and change.
- Ability to think 'outside of the box'.
- Mature self-starter with high sense of urgency
- Computer literacy and spreadsheet proficiency is a must (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
- Skilled organization and interpersonal interactions
