What you'll do
  • Serve as a lead for the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedulers for GSE and provide direction, guidance and assistance as required for those roles  
  • Develop and implement GSE operational data reporting for GSE management that enables fast and effective decision making by all levels of the organization
  • Subject Matter Expert on GSE FleetFocus CMMS application to assist with problems with application including content, updates, changes; provides technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures that meet departmental requirements as it relates to PM scheduling and/or other job functions 
  • Provide periodic reports to GSE management focusing on trends and anomalies for PM scheduling and planning
  • Publish Preventive Maintenance program for the system, adjusting schedule based on evolving departmental needs
  • Assist in developing appropriate Preventive Maintenance work plans and repair tasks for the FleetFocus CMMS application
  • Contributes to the implementation of business plans to assure plans meet departmental goals as it relates to PM planning and scheduling
  • Supports department by assisting with functionality questions, testing, implementation, and other duties as needed; leads enhancement level projects of limited complexity
  • Respond to ad hoc data/analysis requests from various departments; provide support as an analytical resource; provide guidance/direction/training to other department members and/or vendors in the use of the FleetFocus CMMS application as it related to PM planning and scheduling
  • Evaluates, analyzes and confirms accurate information is collected by the GSE Fleet Focus application as it relates to PM planning and scheduling
  • Focal Point/lead for equipment migration projects in the FleetFocus application
  • Provides back-up and support as required for GSE Scheduler and Specialist

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • At least 3 years GSE/Automotive or equivalent industry experience preferred as it relates to fleet maintenance and preventative maintenance planning
  • Above average written and oral communication and interpersonal skills is required
  • Must be able to travel single overnight or consecutive overnight day trips on occasion or as required

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) if applicable
  • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and the ability to manipulate flat files and Excel files in common relational text data
  • Knowledge and skills in Fleet Focus application at an intermediate/advanced level preferred
  • Knowledge of all aspects of GSE operations, with a primary focus on equipment maintenance, PM scheduling preferred
  • Knowledge in GSE PM Programs and procedures preferred
  • Working knowledge and skills in productivity software products such MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Visio, WebEx, etc. preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to read, write, and fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to recognize problems in processes, data conditions, etc. and to proactively implement solutions for them
