- The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation is part of the Global Compensation, Mobility, and People Support team within the People Division. This role is responsible for supporting the operational execution of executive compensation programs, with a focus on severance administration, reporting, compliance, and vendor coordination. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of compensation-related activities, including financial services reimbursements, and supports the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior HR and business leaders on executive compensation matters, including base pay, annual and long-term incentives, equity programs, and executive employment agreements
- Conduct complex compensation analyses and benchmarking for executive roles using proprietary and third-party data sources to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Develop and present data-driven executive compensation recommendations aligned with business strategy, performance outcomes, and shareholder expectations
- Support the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive plans, performance metrics, and payout modeling
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with governance best practices
- Prepare materials for senior leadership, Compensation Committee meetings, and Board presentations, including pay-for-performance analyses, peer benchmarking, and scenario modeling
- Participate in executive-level compensation surveys and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, and proxy advisor perspectives
- Contribute to the development and refinement of executive pay structures, incentive frameworks, and compensation philosophies
- Draft and maintain executive job descriptions and ensure alignment with internal leveling frameworks and external benchmarks
- Create executive-focused communication materials and tools to support transparency and understanding of compensation programs
- Support executive compensation-related system testing, process improvements, and policy development
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to executive pay
- Represent the company at industry conferences and collaborate with executive compensation peers across the airline and broader corporate sectors
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in executive compensation, compensation consulting, or a related analytical role
- Experience supporting or preparing materials for senior leadership or Compensation Committees
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Preference for 5+ years of compensation experience
- Experience in a publicly traded company or with executive compensation governance
- Familiarity with equity compensation, performance-based incentive design, and regulatory filings (e.g., CD&A, proxy statements)
- Exposure to operational environments (e.g., airline, logistics, or other complex industries)
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Experience benchmarking/market pricing and/or utilizing market data to formulate recommendations
- Experience leading and implementing annual pay plans
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable components for non-executive audiences
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; experience with equity modeling tools a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive compensation data
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
