As a member of the Planning and Performance Analytics Team within Sales Operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping strategies that drive the Commercial Organization forward. What you'll do

•    Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to address them
•    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue and customer satisfaction
•    Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
•    Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide analytical support
 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience 
•    Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.)
•    3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
•    Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience  
•    5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
•    Experience working in the airline industry or a related field
•    Experience with programming languages 
•    Certification in data analysis or a related field 

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work products
•    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
•    Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL, etc.)
•    Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional, etc.)
