- As a member of the Airport Performance Analysis and Support team, you will play a pivotal role in providing frontline leaders with the data and analytics to support process execution and to drive our objectives in Reliability, Accountability, and Profitability

What you'll do

- Lead a team of 3-4 data experts to enhance performance excellence across airport operations teams through advanced analytics and real-time reporting
- Enhance reporting capability for operational performance metrics via data engineering, data lake & cloud technology across all operational functions including customer care, customer operations, control centers, and business partners
- Effectively manage the team's storage account in Microsoft Azure Data Lake, ensuring adherence to best practices. Focus on optimizing the data pipeline for efficient reporting and implementing real-time analytics to identify performance gaps in controllable areas
- Develop uniform, efficient, and up-to-the-minute reports to empower leaders in driving outcomes across all operational domains, including customer care, customer operations, control centers, and business partners
- Collaborate with station leaders to streamline and standardize local reporting, emphasizing economy of scale to meet local operational needs, enhance effectiveness, and minimize redundancy
- Collaborate and align efforts with Operations Planning and Performance, Customer Experience Analytics, Corporate Safety, Workforce Planning, and other relevant teams to optimize existing data resources and platforms, enhancing accessibility and consolidating primary reporting resources for operational leaders
- Lead the development and implementation of Performance Dashboards for various airport functions, collaborating closely with IT, OP&P, Airport Staffing Automation, Business Partner Operations, Customer Experience Technology, and other relevant stakeholders
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Operations Research, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent training/experience
- 5+ years of industry experience in commercial or operational environment (Airport, Network Planning & Scheduling, IOC, Revenue Management, Customer Insights, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge in large data set in traditional database and data lake
- 3+ years of delivering analytical insight and reporting using SQL, Python, and Tableau
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Practical experience working with real-time data and developing analytics solutions using cloud technologies (data lake, Microsoft Azure, AzureML, Databricks)
- Functional knowledge on airport operation, turn execution, etc.
- Strong presentation, visualization and story-telling skills with experience supporting senior leadership
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and be creative in engineering analytical solutions
