What you'll do

  • Lead Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk Management and exposure analysis, including reporting in support of quarterly financial statements and disclosures
  • Lead International Cash Management, including forecasting of foreign currency inflows and outflows, required weekly funding and repatriation, adherence to target balances, and execution of FX spot trades
  • Manage IATA Currency Clearing Service (ICCS) to ensure optimal International Cash Management globally while working with IATA to shape future products and enhancements 
  • Oversee the Trade Finance function, including the management of the global Letters of Credit and Surety Bond portfolios
  • Drive implementation of new services on bank accounts as required, including balance reporting and payment integration into the Treasury Management System (“TMS”)
  • Collaborate with Director, Global Banking and Treasury Services, to ensure the full optimization of the Treasury Management System (“TMS”) 
  • Support the Global Banking function as needed, including opening and closing of international and domestic bank accounts
  • Assist Director, Global Banking and Treasury Services, in Interest Rate risk management and exposure analysis
  • Assist Director, Global Banking and Treasury Services, in working capital optimization, including A/R securitization and Supply Chain Finance
  • Assist Director, Global Banking and Treasury Services, in bank group relationship management
  • Provide oversight and development of 1 Sr. Treasury Analyst 
  • Other ad hoc exercises as assigned

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or other related field
  • 5 years of experience across treasury and/or banking industries
  • 3 years of experience in leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • MBA

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
  • Experience with Bloomberg preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with Treasury Workstations, such as Kyriba, Quantum, GTreasury, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience delivering presentations to executive-level management
  • Strong understanding of working capital optimization, trade finance, FX risk management, and interest rate risk management
