Responsible for supporting the Aviation Recruitment department with project management, data analysis, candidate quality review, candidate selection process, sourcing strategy, and pipeline building. This newly developed team will provide support through multiple areas of the hiring journey for core aviation roles, including but not limited to hiring the best talent for our pilots. Collaboration is critical as you will partner with various teams to achieve the department’s objectives. 


What you'll do


To succeed in this position, you must thrive in a fast-paced data driven environment:


  • Collaborate regularly with multiple departments to effectively tell the data driven “story” of Aviation Careers recruitment
  • Make data-driven recommendations about process improvement opportunities to drive consistency and efficiency 
  • Collaborate with People Analytics department to perform data and process analyses required
  • Gather feedback and data from recruiters, management, and other internal/external business partners
  • Contribute to various strategic objectives of the department including immediate and long-term staffing needs 
  • Utilize project management methodology and processes to develop and manage strategic aviation recruitment strategies and other projects, with focus on the recruitment, selection, and on-boarding processes


All you'll need for success


Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Proven collaboration successes across a wide variety of projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Detailed experience utilizing Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, power maps)
  • Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
  • Proven experience as a collaborative team player
  • Strategic planning and partnership management

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • At least 2 years work experience in aviation
