We’re looking for a driven social strategist who embraces social trends and leverages social platform features to communicate and engage.
The Specialist/Senior Specialist, Social Media Strategy and Analytics is a skilled storyteller who works to bring departments across the company together to weave a coherent narrative across multiple platforms to tell engaging stories. You will use your passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy to ensure our channels are what people want to follow. In this role, you will use insights to inform content strategy and collaborate with various business units on organic and paid social campaigns to inspire travel, promote excitement and tell a story. Whether it is a simple feature release to our mobile application or a cohesive multi-pronged product announcement, your ability to lead, optimize and adapt will ensure we are not just putting clickbait into the space but actually creating engaging experiences that connect.


What you'll do

  • Develop cross-functional relationships to collaborate on improving the business results of social
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create social ‘buzz’ regarding campaigns
  • Assist in the posting of content and contributing ideas that improve messaging
  • Define performance indicators, measurement and analytics and develop insights based on social media content and channel performance to inform strategy
  • Participate in writing copy for social content, promotions, and campaign activations
  • Cultivate an organic social boosting plan that enhances targeted paid media and messaging goals
  • Utilize knowledge of the evolving social media space to ensure best practices are shared with stakeholdersSupport development of social media standards, practices, and guidelines

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in social community management and knowledge of all social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 5 years of experience in social media strategy, social analytics and content development

Skills, Licenses and Certifications

  • Stellar writing and communication skills
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Clear comprehension of social best practices and what's on the cusp digitally
  • Up to date on social media channels best practices, algorithms and trends
  • Well-informed of trending news stories, hashtags, memes and other cultural trends
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pintrest, TikTok, SnapChat, WeChat, Reddit and WhatsApp
  • Passionate about attention to detail and project management
  • Knowledge of paid social platforms
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal office hours as needed
