The Sr Coordinator, Learning Operations is a part of the Learning and Development team within the People division. This role will deliver and execute enterprise learning and education programs to team members at the Robert L. Crandall campus and across the operation. You will ensure a high quality experience for learning programs, and partner with other leaders and workgroups to deliver with accuracy, consistency and impact.
What you'll do
- Support the learning education curriculum and schedule, with oversight of learner registrations, attendance, and other related operational support including class cancelation process and learner tracking
- Lead team member communications related to class participation and other aspects of the team member experience, while providing support to facilitators to encourage their engagement and involvement
- Relentless focus on delivering high quality education and people programs, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain metrics and analytics, and create reports for stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
- Manage the feedback survey process resulting in observations and suggestions for improvement on training effectiveness
- Benchmarking of best practice to define standards, SLAs and expectations
- Identify gaps in current processes and learning programs, and partner with key stakeholders to enhance and improve materials delivery and team member experience
- Communicate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders to influence learning initiatives, including:
- In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
- In PowerPoint, tell a targeted, logically structured, succinct, and compelling story
- Drive projects to execution successfully, managing project milestones and team responsibilities for accountability
- Administrative support for learning programs including vendor payments, coding and invoice tracking
- Some travel may be required based on the programs supported
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in managing project/programs
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Experience and fluency with project management tools
- Experience in Learning and Development, with learning operations in a corporate environment an advantage
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Structured approach with ability to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution
- A creative approach to problem solving
- Data-driven and adept at communicating insights
- Consultative approach: excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient and familiar with the entire training process
- Aptitude to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Analytical approach with experience creating and maintaining metrics
