The Team Lead, Inflight Administration is part of the Inflight division. This role supports flight attendants by ensuring consistent policy application and driving system improvements across the Inflight organization. It serves as the escalation point for administrative issues, ensuring compliance with the CBA and company procedures, while overseeing Attendance and Performance Managers. The role also collaborates closely with union leadership, senior Inflight leaders, and Labor Relations.

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to Attendance and Performance Managers, supporting performance management and attendance compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for Flight Attendant administration matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex issues.
• Ensure consistent adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), company policies, and procedures across all Flight Attendant administrative functions.
• Collaborate directly with the Labor Relations and union leadership to address procedural and labor-related concerns.
• Lead initiatives to improve administrative processes and enhance alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between operational leadership and labor representatives to foster transparent communication and resolve disputes.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or leadership role.
• Experience working in a large, complex organization.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Experience in airline operations or inflight services.
• Familiarity with administrative systems and policy development.
• Project management experience.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple, concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines while balancing workload with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and reporting experience
