What you'll do

•    Mentor a team of crew schedule planning analysts to ensure the development and implementation of high-quality crew schedule planning solutions
•    Perform the duties of an analyst, including creating and modifying macros to validate new logic, analyzing crew member schedules, and providing reports to union and business stakeholders
•    Develop and maintain relationships with union representatives and business leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize crew schedule planning activities
•    Provide quality control and quality checks for crew schedule planning activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Bachelor's degree in a related field
•    4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in crew schedule planning or a similar analytical role

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    6 years of experience as an Administrator or Analyst
•    Experience with crew schedule planning software and systems
•    Certification in a related field 
 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
•    Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
•    Experience with crew schedule planning software and systems
•    Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional (CAP))
