About The Job

​This job is a member of the Co-Brand Team within the Marketing & Loyalty Division. The Analyst on the Citi/AAdvantage team is responsible for important marketing projects designed to drive new acquisitions and overall growth for the Citi/AAdvantage Co-Brand portfolio through our direct channels, including email and direct mail. This involves working with internal departments at American, Citi, as well as with external agency partners.

 

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • ​Leads strategy for Co-Brand acquisitions through Email and Direct Mail channels
  • Manages all day-to-day relationships with Citi, external and internal partners to ensure aligned strategy around all marketing assets launch into market
  • Manages and executes campaigns from ideation to launch for different assets on direct channels by working closely with Citi and all other American Airlines partners
  • Works closely with Analytics to create A/B tests and segmentation strategy to optimize email and direct mail conversion
  • Manages approvals and marketing reviews of all Email/ Direct mail collateral
  • Coordinates with Citi, Marketing, AAdvantage and legal teams to make sure all deadlines are being met
  • With internal and external partners, identifies, builds support for, and executes innovative solutions to increase acquisition rates
  • Tracks and analyzes campaign data against key success metrics and prepare performance reports
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Knowledge of email platform functionality, preferrably with Cheetah Digital experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Skills in organization, consensus building, and creative problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey thoughts and opinions in a variety of forums including discussions with external partners and interactions with peers or leaders
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Ability to execute multiple projects concurrently and prioritize opportunities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to be an innovative problem solver who can take an idea from conception through execution
  • Ability to be a self-starter who can recognize opportunities for innovation and creativity
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in managing agency relationships
