About The Job

This job is a member of the B2B Marketing Team within the Marketing and Loyalty Division. This position will be responsible for coordinating and executing creative content (with internal and external partners) to deliver to American’s B2B (business to business) audience. Enhances American's brand perception, builds awareness of new and existing products/network/services, and increases loyalty and revenue in the B2B marketplace.

 

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • ​Works individually and with the team(s) to develop marketing campaign goals and develop messaging for the targeted B2B audience
  • Executes tactical plans that support American's B2B marketing strategy, which include: advertising, communications, owned channels, promotions, sales collateral, sponsorships and industry events
  • Works with regional Sales Planning teams to coordinate relevant and timely production of marketing collateral and communications for the Global Sales organization
  • Oversees the creative production plan and ensures multiple deadlines are met
  • Abilty to travel as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • ​Bachelor's degree, preferrably in business/communications/marketing, or equivalent work experience/training
  • Creative, visual thinker with an ability to think "outside of the box"
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and familiarity with American's Marketing and Global Sales organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Suite experience a plus
