  • The Project Manager/Sr Project Manager, Integrated Operations reviews policy manual revision requests and reports on the status of all revision policy manual requests.
  • This role is responsible for managing project expectations, driving on time deliverables within designated parameters, and leading a group of cross-functional project partner teams to deliver each project goal expeditiously.

  • Manages, plans, coordinates, and leads all aspects of interdisciplinary projects in Integrated Operations
  • Works independently as a Project Manager for the development, design, and implementation of processes and procedures
  • Reviews submissions against the standards and regulations
  • Communicates the necessary changes to the submitter
  • Builds relationships with the business process owners to ensure early adoption of best practices and standards

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Exposure to policy and procedures manuals and regulations

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 5+ years in aviation or related fields
  • Familiar with FAA regulations and policy

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint usage
  • Ability to chair a meeting in person and online, including post meeting minutes and followup.
  • Ability to reach consensus on standards versus technical changes
