This job is a member of the EMEA Sales Division, which is part of the Global Sales Division. 

The role ensures the delivery of optimized deals for American's, British Airways, Finnair and Iberia joint corporate customers through the use of segmentation modeling, data analysis, and direct consultation with American's Corporate Sales Managers in the field.

The job is a key role in supporting the team's mission to grow corporate revenue share gap, improve quality of revenue, and increase speed to market. This role will be integrated with British Airways deal consultant team in order to support our global deal designs.

What you'll do

Work closely with our British Airways counterparts including supporting the AA Rest of World portion of our global deals

  • Use segmentation and fit models to analyze customer travel data
  • Support our account management teams to develop strategy and design deals; Optimize deal terms in COSMOS, the AJB’s corporate modeling system
  • Coordinate approvals for deal terms prior to contract production
  • Assist with training for the field
  • Lead efforts on enhancements and interface directly with COSMOS account team
  • Participate in sales automation projects designed to streamline workflow
  • Work collaboratively with EMEA Corporate and Agency Operations team to ensure efficient, quality contract production
  • Produce periodic or ad-hoc reporting in PRISM, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Coordinate with JB partners' dealing operations teams on process improvement efforts

•Comfortable with the internet marketing concepts & technology
•Experience in working with data to recommend change
•Experience working with data systems and/ or CRM data
•Spanish language skills
