The Manager of IP Camera & Print Services Engineering leads a specialized IT team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-level CCTV and print infrastructure. This role ensures the delivery of secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions across both domains, while fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

  • Lead and mentor the team responsible for enterprise camera and print services, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations related to camera systems (e.g., Milestone, Avigilon, Axis) and enterprise print infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and issue resolution.
  • Provide escalation support for complex camera and print-related issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed.
  • Partner with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to align services with business needs and drive innovation.
  • Support planning and deployment of infrastructure projects, including hardware/software upgrades and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting metrics, and standard operating procedures across supported technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, security policies, and regulatory requirements related to camera and print environments.
  • Encourage professional development through training, certifications, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Travel occasionally to support enterprise deployments, site assessments, and vendor engagements.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams of technology professional

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • Airline industry experience, including business process and supporting technology

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Proficiency in handling operational issues effectively and understanding escalation, communication, and crisis management
  • Proven ability to build, cultivate, and promote strong relationships with internal customers at all levels of the organization, as well as with IT counterparts, business partners, and external groups
  • Ability to lead teams, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult issues, as well as demonstrated technical and business leadership
  • Extensive knowledge of applications, hardware compatibility, and client based application models
  • Experience with enterprise class desktop software, such as antivirus, remote management and troubleshooting, asset management and inventory, and printing
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and customer expectations
  • Experience managing financial budgets
  • Effective analytical skills and problem-solving capability
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
