What you'll do

  • Reservations Representatives sell American Airlines service to prospective customers by answering incoming calls and assisting customers in reaching satisfactory solutions to their needs.
  • Maintains company standards concerning quality and quantity of work to ensure maximum sales effectiveness and standards of efficient, accurate and courteous service.
  • They apply sales techniques while providing schedules, fare and flight information to our customers in a manner that meets the standards of high customer service as outlined in the basic training and normal call guidelines.
  • In addition, the Reservations Representative will respond to caller’s inquiries in our non-airline related ventures, as call volume dictates.
  • The operation of the computer terminal and the standard pc keyboard is required.
  • All functions are performed within certain time constraints that are based on the average work times of fellow employees.
All you'll need for success
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone sales techniques.
  • This position requires strong interpersonal skills as well as ability to work under pressure with a professional attitude.
  • PC proficiency (Excel/ Word/ Power Point).
  • Good administrative skills, including filing, organizing, writing, etc.
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English and native language.
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts (24/7) assigned by seniority according to operational needs. The operation includes weekends, holidays and overtime as required. 
  • Valid visa to travel to USA
