  • This job is part of the Eastern Division Global Sales Team within the Customer Division. 
  • Complements our frontline sellers by providing analysis and reporting that showcases performance trends and identifies areas of opportunity. Responsible for engaging in performance analysis, strategic planning, and executing ad-hoc projects to bolster performance across Corporate and Channel sales. Strong analytical skills are required, and the candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-motivated individual who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast- paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Leverages existing reporting and uses SQL to assemble and analyze large amounts of data, presenting findings to various levels of leadership and customers
  • Presents findings clearly and concisely using PowerPoint, Tableau and/or Excel
  • Understands critical drivers of performance and create reports/dashboards to help leadership identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyzes trends and creates ad-hoc analyses to support Account Managers and Front-Line Managers across Sales
  • Responsible for assisting with Divisional budget build, preparation, forecasting and maintenance through the year
  • Supports cross-functional working groups to incorporate Sales insights into the broader company strategy
  • Assists account managers with Quarterly Business Reviews, proposals and collateral resources while also anticipating and proactively responding to their issues and queries
  • Aims toward becoming a subject matter expert in corporate and agency reporting and provides training across the division on the various tools available
  • Drives synergies within the division, across the sales organization, and with our joint business and alliance partners that make the team more efficient
  • Assists with tracking and supporting Global Sales initiatives that pertain to the division
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with Service Managers to support them as needed 
  • Must be willing to occasionally travel for business when needed

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 4 years related work experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Diio, HTML, Smartsheet (as a Project Management tool), Survey tools (KeySurvey or Forms), Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva experience
  • Native SABRE and SalesLink knowledge
  • Forecasting, financial modeling, and/or budgeting experience


Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare and analyze reports
  • Excellent communication and polished presentation skills, which include building presentations for senior leadership and public speaking
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize and perform within a deadline structured environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Must be enthusiastic and able to interact in a professional manner with all departments within the airline, divisional leadership and with external partners, customers and vendors
