  • You will play a key role in working with various stakeholders on a variety of initiatives with a focus on Inflight Dining & Service
  • The Project Manager is responsible for management of and reporting on assigned projects, providing expertise to support key initiatives, identifying and solving issues, driving decisions, building project plans, and monitoring execution. In addition, this role helps develop and deliver service procedures to support onboard menu designs.
  • This role is part of the Inflight Dining and Service (IDS) team within the Inflight group

  • Interacts closely with Inflight, our Flight Attendant base leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Is the owner of the Safety Management Process for Inflight Dining & Service
  • Is proactive in taking initiative in identifying areas of opportunity and puts a plan in place to succeed.
  • Partners with stakeholders to collaborate on content related to policies and procedures for the department.
  • Supports IDS strategies and the team by project managing initiatives across functional areas, including planning, performance, and production.
  • Conduct audits of catering reports and provide leadership with recommendations to address internal process inefficiencies or catering issues.
  • Cross collaborates within IDS to ensure future deliverables are seamless.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 3+ years of prior experience within Inflight at airline 
  • Ability and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Prior project management work experience, with proven collaborative success 
  • Experience in airline catering operations, aircraft galleys, or Inflight.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively interact with both frontline Flight Attendants and leaders to report issues and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ability to be creative and analytical, with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads with changing priorities, limited direction, and ease.
  • Ability to concisely present work to internal and external parties
  • Ability to organize, lead, and plan projects.
