  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Service Representative to provide comprehensive support to our Sales team and internal departments. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency across multiple functions, including support for unmanaged accounts, liaison with travel agencies, vendor management, and internal administrative processes.
  • This job is a member of the Sales Team within the Sales Division.

What you'll do

•    Support accounts and assist Retailing & Corporate Business Managers.
•    Coordinate and deliver workshops for travel agents.
•    Manage waivers, exceptional requests, and assist with ACM/ADM support and disputes.
•    Prepare and deliver weekly sales performance reports.
•    Serve as liaison between Sales and internal departments (Accounting, Customer Relations, Reservations, Airport Services, PHX, TSC).
•    Monitor and control monthly budget expenses related to the Sales department.
•    Coordinate promotional item requests and vendor quotations.
•    Manage new vendor onboarding and compliance documentation.
•    Process and track invoice payments for approved vendors and service providers.
•    Oversee office supply ordering and property management communications.
•    Organize meetings and internal events.
•    Support the Apprentice Program including recruitment, training, and evaluation.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2 years in administrative, customer service, or sales support roles
  • Must be able to read, write and fluently speak and understand the Portuguese and English languages

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Airline and business to business sales experience
  • Read, write, and fluently speak and understand Spanish is a plus

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

•    Ability to interact with various levels of management throughout American Airlines and in the corporate business and travel agencies environment. 
•    Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with Coupa, ADP, and CRM systems is a plus.
