As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will represent people analytics across the organization, articulating and executing the vision and strategy. Your role involves managing and enhancing analytics technologies, ensuring insights are actionable and valuable, and building future-ready capabilities for the analytics team.
What you'll do

- Develop advanced analytics capabilities and solutions that deliver actionable insights into the employee experience and drive strategic initiatives to create a world-class employee experience
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of people analytics professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-impact solutions
- Direct and provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff through delegation, consultation, support, and evaluation
- Partner with senior leadership to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into trends and outcomes. Present findings and actionable recommendations to influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization
- Serve as a thought partner to People Leaders by translating complex data into actionable insights that inform talent strategy
- Drive HR Business Analytics program initiatives from concept through final implementation, utilizing agile project management methodologies
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in how analytics are delivered and consumed by functional teams. Define scalable solutions and tools that drive efficiency and allow for rapid response to evolving business needs
- Develop and implement data analyses, create visualizations, and perform predictive analytics to provide people insights to the rest of the organization
- Lead teams that create and maintain Tableau Dashboards providing insights into all relevant subject areas for both operational and internal leadership teams
- Define and track performance metrics, develop scorecards, and drive improvement initiatives
- Ensure that any data activities are in alignment with data privacy standards
- Promote a risk-aware data culture that ensures compliance with data management practices
- Integrate and manage large data sets to support decision-makers through the interpretation of the combined data into relevant observations
- Maintain operational excellence on the team by employing high-quality methods of data transformation, data cleansing, and data integrity assurance
- Execute on our People Analytics vision and strategy to bring scalable, efficient, and automated processes to the organization
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 5+ years of experience in leading teams
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data storytelling and isnight
- 7+ years of experience in an analytical role using advanced tools
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Masters in Analytics, Masters in IO Psychology, MBA, or similar degree
- People Analytics experience or coursework
- Expertise in advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and data visualization, to identify trends and influence business outcomes
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive innovation, and continuously improve analytics capabilities in response to business needs
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Proven experience in leading and driving a team towards a strategic vision, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- Exceptional communication skills to present findings and influence decision-making at senior leadership levels
- Excellent analytical and interpretive skills, with proficiency in advanced statistical methods and predictive analytics
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform talent strategy
- Strong ability to act as an internal consultant, understanding business requirements and providing actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing agile methodologies to drive initiatives from concept to implementation
- Advanced knowledge of data preparation software (e.g., Alteryx), visualization software (e.g., Tableau), and advanced analytics software (e.g., Python)
- Expertise in utilizing APIs for system integrations, database connections, and accessing data via SQL
- Experience with cloud-based data lakes and HRIS software, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Relevant certifications in data analytics, project management, and HR practices (e.g., SHRM-CP, PMP, Certified Analytics Professional)
